What is Reiki?

Reiki is a powerful method of energy therapy that can transform your life. It is pure energy which brings about deep relaxation and healing.

Reiki is translated to mean "universal life force energy", and it aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life for both the therapist and the recipient.

Reiki offers profound natural healing benefits for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and  self-improvement that everyone can use.

Universal Energy
Reiki is based on the premise that universal energy flows through all living things. When blockages occur, this energy cannot flow freely through the body. An experienced Reiki practitioner can tap into the universal energy and channel energy to move these blockages. With these blockages removed, it is claimed, the body cells are then prompted to heal naturally.

The Procedure
A typical Reiki session lasts around one hour. The person sits or lies comfortably, fully clothed. The practitioner first harmonises themselves with the universal energy, then places their hands on or over the client’s body at 12 key areas. The transfer of universal energy is experienced by the person as a warmth or tingling. Many people report feeling relaxed or refreshed after treatment.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

About My Reiki workshops....

Reiki First Degree
Reiki I is the first of three levels of Reiki training.

During this training two attunements are received. Each participant is energetically initiated to the Reiki energy. This powerful attunement porcess opens and awakens the Crown, Heart and Palm chakras.

Reiki I is a one day course, commencing at 9:30am and running throught to 5:30pm.

This workshop costs $250

This includes morning and afternoon  refreshments, a comprehensive manual, and upon successful completion you will receive your Reiki I certificate.

Reiki Second Degree
The Reiki II attunements intensifies the energies introduced at Reiki I which you will notice as soon as you start practicing.

Students are initiated into the three sacred Reiki symbols. These symbols increase the power of the energy as well as allowing the practitioner to project the Reiki energy over distances, a powerful form of absent healing. This Reiki healing energy can be ‘sent’ to people, places and events.

Some of the main uses for the Reiki symbols are:

• Energetic space clearing
• Sealing a room in love and light
• Use the Reiki symbols in a treatment for increasing healing power
• Mental/Emotional cleansing and balancing         
  
• Distant Healing

Learn distant healing for PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE times/issues/circumstances.

Reiki II is held over two days generally on a Saturday and Sunday. Starting at 10 am going through to  5:30pm.

This workshop costs $395

This includes morning and afternoon  refreshments, a comprehensive manual, and upon successful completion you will receive your Reiki II certificate.
